mel's winter salad
PREP TIME: 7 minutes

INGREDIENTS
Mixed Greens
Quinoa
Pomegranate
Walnuts
Chopped Cilantro
Dressing: EVOO, Apple Cider Vinegar, 100% Maple Syrup
DIRECTIONS
Toss all ingredients together and drizzle with dressing which can be made to taste. A good starting point is 2 parts oil to 1 part vinegar and a splash of Maple Syrup – but your call.
