WELLNESS CONSULTATION | 60 MINUTES | $95 + HST  
A perfect opportunity to chat about what is on your mind as it pertains to your health - physically, mentally and emotionally. This is a casual discussion that will explore your lifestyle and what is prompting you to seek support and change. Topics can range from specific dietary questions to mindfulness recommendations for stress management to better organizing yourself in the kitchen. YOU lead the way. A stepping stone to more in-depth coaching, this session will give you the confidence you need to take action and empower you to shift vitality and hit the ground running. 

NOURISH & FLOW | 90 MINUTES | $135 + HST (In-Person or Virtual)

This 90-minute session provides a holistic approach to wellness by integrating personalized nutrition guidance with energy healing. The first 60 minutes focus on discussing specific health concerns and creating tailored recommendations for diet, lifestyle, and supplements to enhance overall well-being. The final 30 minutes feature Reiki healing, targeting energy centers linked to health issues to restore balance and promote energetic flow, which will support the implementation of new dietary and lifestyle changes. Intuitive insights are also included to further aid in the healing journey. Ideal for those struggling with chronic ailments or ongoing health challenges who wish to address the root cause of their physical and emotional imbalances.

  • Bloodwork Review: An exciting opportunity to have Mel perform an in-depth review of your provided bloodwork and tie it into your 30 Day Kickstart Program. Often, physicians will not offer a deep-dive into "normal" bloodwork ranges because they are "normal"; unfortunately, what may appear to be normal may in fact be an "at risk" scenario. This bloodwork review enhances an already detailed program to ensure the correct course of action is taken for improving your well-being through targeted protocols. ​

  • A detailed schedule of daily meals including the opportunity for leftovers to make life that much easier

  • Easy-to-follow recipes for each meal with the ability to request preferred recipe time frame so if 15 minutes is all you have – no problem

  • A detailed shopping list that will allow you to breeze through those aisles

Bloodwork Review

BLOODWORK REVIEW | $225 + HST  
A NEW and exciting opportunity to have Mel perform an in-depth review of your provided bloodwork. Often, physicians will not offer a deep-dive into "normal" bloodwork ranges because they are "normal" but the reality is, what may appear to be normal may in fact be an "at risk" scenario. Opportunity includes:

 

  • An in-depth analysis with focus on high and low result values

  • Dietary recommendations

  • 3 custom recipes tailored to your imbalances 

  • A highlight of at-risk values with recommendations on how to adjust 

  • 30-minute virtual walk-through

Reiki Healing | In-Studio OR Distant

FIRST SESSION | 90 MINUTES | $135 + HST

ONGOING SESSIONS | 60 MINUTES | $95 + HST

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that promotes relaxation and reduces stress/anxiety/trauma/pain through gentle touch by balancing one’s flow of energy through their energy centres (chakras). 

 

Reiki sessions are offered in Mel's sacred studio in North York, Ontario OR can be offered virtually for those who cannot access the studio (i.e. out of country or cannot physically attend).  Energy is not limited by time and space. By setting intention and using sacred Reiki symbols, a Reiki Master or Practitioner, can send Reiki healing to anyone in any geographic location.

 

All sessions include an opening discussion to address any physical, mental or emotional concerns along with any Reiki-specific questions. Following this, the energy healing will take place followed by a closing chat where insights from the experience will be shared. First time sessions do require extra time (90 minute duration) to get to know the recipient while Reiki sessions following the first session only require 60 minutes.

Reiki serves as a wonderful complement to conventional medicine, enhancing overall well-being and recovery. It's a gentle yet powerful modality that supports the body's natural healing processes, making it an excellent addition to traditional medical treatments. It's important to note that while Reiki is beneficial, it does not replace medical treatment but rather works alongside it, offering a harmonious blend of care for both the mind and body. Embracing Reiki as part of a comprehensive health plan can lead to a more balanced, holistic approach to healing and wellness.

This 30-minute add-on uses specialized instruments and sound frequencies to deepen relaxation, clear energetic blockages, and promote emotional release, providing a more profound healing experience.

 

GUIDED MEDITATION | 30 MINUTES | $40 + HST: Add a unique, personalized touch to your Reiki session with this customized guided meditation opportunity designed to enhance your healing journey by addressing your specific needs and helping you find deeper tranquility and balance. 

 

BEST OF BOTH: 15 MINUTE SOUND HEALING & 15 MINUTE GUIDED MEDITATION | 30 MINUTES TOTAL | $40 + HST

Sound Healing & Meditation Therapy

SONIC SERENITY | 60 MINUTES | IN-PERSON OR VIRTUAL | $95 + HST  

​This deeply restorative session blends the healing properties of sound therapy with guided meditation to create a therapeutic atmosphere for body, mind, and spirit. Utilizing specialized instruments, crystals and sound frequencies, this service promotes deep rest, nervous system rebalancing, and emotional release. The harmonious vibrations work to clear energetic blockages while the guided meditation encourages mental clarity and inner calm. Ideal for those experiencing life transitions, trauma, illness, anxiety, depression, fatigue, chronic stress, emotional blockages, insomnia, burnout, difficulty with mental clarity, weight-loss challenges, and imbalanced chakras.​​
