the flu buster

PREP TIME: 5 minutes

YIELDS: 1 serving, duplicate for more

INGREDIENTS
1 cup non-dairy milk
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup of wheatgrass
1/4 tsp of turmeric powder
1/4 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 tsp of coconut oil
1/4 tsp of 100% maple syrup

Mix all ingredients in a blender and enjoy for breakfast or as a simple snack. Prepare the night before a busy day to stay on track. Stay healthy my friends.
